1000 Museum is an ultra-exclusive luxury boutique building designed by Zaha Hadid. The 60-story tower with only 83 units will overlook Biscayne Bay. Residences in this building will have square footages that rival most standalone mansions and range from 4,500 to 11,000 square feet. Units in the building are half-floor two-level town houses on floors 10 through 14, half-floor residences on floors 15 - 49, full-floor residences on floors 50 - 57 and a two-level full-floor penthouse on floors 58 and 59.
The defining feature of this building is its exoskeleton design. This design provides both aesthetic and internal benefits to the building. This exoskeleton structure allow for unlimited customization by unit owners because there will be no beams or structural elements inside the unit.
