Overview of Brickell Flatiron

Brickell Flatiron is one of Miami's most highly anticipated new luxury condo towers. Developed by Miami Developer Ugo Colombo, who is responsible for Santa Maria, Epic and Grovenor House, has come up with a design that is inspired by New York's Flatiron building.

Brickell Flatiron has a unique triangular shape and offers 23 different floor plans, from tower units to penthouses.
