Echo Brickell Building Details

Echo Brickell is a 55+-story luxury condo tower with 166 individual units. There are a stagering 16 penthouses as well. Located in Brickell, Echo Brickell has its Grand Lobby and interiors designed by Carlos Ott and Yoo. There are glass atriums that house the works of contemporary artists on either side of the building. ECHO Brickell's most interesting exterior feature is the "Open Space". This is a futuristic gap in the building's facade that spans the entire width of the tower, rising three stories in height. The Open Space is where the full-floor pool deck will be located, allowing residents to swim from one side of the property to another in the amazing infinity-edge pool. Above the pool deck is the 3,000 sq.ft fitness center and spa.

Of the 166 units, one and two bedroom units will be on the lower floors, two and three bedroom units will be on the middle floors immediately above the open space and the top of the building will house 16 exclusive penthouse units. Views from the tower include Biscayne Bay, the Atlantic Ocean, Miami/Brickell skyline and the barrier islands. Residences come fully furnished. The anticipated date of completion is sometime in 2016.
